Prescription and invoice in one pass
Record the visit, build the prescription, and choose whether to dispense. Dispensing deducts the stock and bills it; not dispensing leaves stock untouched.
Patient records, prescriptions, dispensary stock and money in one place, modelled on how a dawakhana actually works: raw ingredients and recipes, not boxed products.
Cliniks runs a herbal clinic end to end. In one pass through a visit you record the complaint and the diagnosis, build the prescription with dosage, duration and instructions, and say whether you are dispensing it now. If you are, the stock comes down and the medicines land on the invoice. If you are not, it stays a prescription and nothing moves. The prescription prints with your header. Stock is tracked the way a dispensary really holds it, as raw ingredients with recipes, units and expiry dates, and each item carries its own reorder level so you are warned before a shelf runs dry. Invoices and receipts go to the patient over WhatsApp, and the dashboard shows what came in, what went out and who still owes you.

Track raw ingredients, the recipes you compound from them, units, cost and sale prices, expiry dates, and a reorder level per item that warns you early.
Invoices and receipts reach the patient where they already are, and payment comes back through JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer.
