Overview
What Gym ERP does.
Gym ERP runs a club from the front gate to the books. Members join on a package, monthly through to lifetime, or come in on a guest pass, and the club also bills classes, personal training, hourly bookings of its spaces, monthly rentals and a kids' summer camp, each through its own invoice. Payments are recorded as cash, card, bank transfer, cheque or online, with proof attached for transfers, and prices on a paid invoice are locked to anyone without override rights. The gate is tied to all of it. A ZKTeco reader and turnstile check every card against a list kept by a small service at the club, updated the moment a member pays or lapses, so a paid-up member is in within a second and someone who has not paid is not, even while the internet is down. Every tap is queued at the club and sent on, so attendance survives an outage. Behind the front desk, invoices, payments, expenses and payroll post themselves to a double-entry ledger, and the same system handles employees, shifts, leave approvals, appraisals, recruitment and a payroll that works out EOBI, provident fund and income tax. A sales and support inbox, a lead pipeline, complaint tickets and an enquiry form for the club's website sit alongside, and the figures on the dashboard open onto the records behind them.
