Overview
What Pharma OS does.
Pharma OS separates the till from the back office so neither slows the other down. At the counter, a cashier opens a shift, sells, and closes out reconciled against payments, and anything a customer asked for that you did not have goes onto a demand list, queued on the device if the connection is out. In the back office, stock arrives as goods receipts with a batch number, manufacture date and expiry on every line, so near-expiry stock surfaces while you can still do something about it, and the demand list becomes your next order rather than a lost sale nobody recorded. Controlled dispensing is written to its own register tied to the branch, the sale and the shift, so the record exists before anyone asks for it.
