When a product can be customised, customers often have to imagine the result from a list of options, which leads to hesitation and returns. The client wanted people to build their exact version in 3D and check out without leaving that experience. Joining live configuration to a real purchase in one smooth flow is the tricky part, because the two usually live in separate systems.
We built an interactive 3D configurator where each choice a customer makes updates the model in real time, so they always see what they are about to buy. The options were structured so the configuration stays valid and easy to follow as choices stack up.
We connected that configuration directly to the shopping and checkout step, so the exact build a customer created carried through to the order. No re-entering choices, no guessing whether the cart matched the preview.
We kept the interface clean and approachable, hiding the technical complexity behind simple controls. The aim was a tool a first-time visitor could use confidently, on desktop or a phone.
The client got a single, connected experience that takes a customer from configuring a product to placing an order without friction. The studio scoped it, built it, delivered on schedule, and the client owns the finished code.
