Buch Athletics Club
Start a projectA 300-plus-member sports club in Multan, taken off paper and WhatsApp and onto a full ERP with paid-entry access control.
A 300-plus-member club, with a gym, swimming, sauna, padel, tennis, and yoga studios, was running on paper, WhatsApp groups, and memory. Invoices were untrackable, and getting through the door mostly depended on someone recognising you.
We did not start with software. Salman went on-site and spent time with the founder, the managers, and the floor staff to see how the club actually runs, then handed over a written proposal for what to move onto software, and in what order.
From there we built a full ERP around the real operation: accounting, HR, and member management in one connected system, instead of the spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups the club had been held together with.
Then we tied the front gate to it. We installed a ZKTeco G3 and a turnstile wired straight into the ERP, so access is decided by whether a member has actually paid and is active, not by who happens to recognise them at the door.
Now the gate only opens for members who are paid and active, collection happens at the door instead of over WhatsApp, and the whole club lives in one system. The relationship is now expanding toward the wider Buch Villas residential society.
