We built search and filtering so patients can narrow down to the right doctor by the things that matter to them, then move straight to booking. The flow was designed to feel calm and obvious, since people often arrive stressed or in a hurry.
We designed the appointment booking around clear availability and confirmation, so a patient always knows what they have booked and when. The screens were kept simple and readable for a wide range of users.
