Logistics work tends to live across whiteboards, spreadsheets, and phone calls, which makes it hard to see what is happening at a glance. Hashtag Logistics needed a single web app to handle the daily moving parts of the operation. The aim was to replace scattered tracking with one clear system.
We scoped the app around the operation's real daily tasks, mapping who needs to see what and when so the tool matches the actual job rather than a generic logistics template.
We built the core screens for managing the day-to-day work, with a back end structured to keep records accurate and easy to pull up. Speed and reliability mattered here, since this is a tool people use constantly.
We added role-based access and an admin side so different people see the right things and the team can manage the operation without touching code.
The app was shipped on time, handed over with the client owning the code outright, and supported after launch. It was built to handle real daily use rather than a light demo load.
