The client needed platforms where translation was a first-class part of how content is created and managed. Building that in from the ground up is more involved than adding a translate button, because language has to run through the whole system.
We built custom content platforms with translation woven into the core, so every piece of content can exist cleanly across multiple languages. Editors work in a structure that understands languages rather than fighting against them.
We designed the writing and editing experience to be straightforward for non-technical authors, with clear controls for managing each language version. The goal was for the team to publish and update content without needing a developer.
We kept the platforms flexible so the content structure can grow over time, and made sure the public-facing sites stay fast and well-organised for readers and search engines.
